Our Unique Why

We exist to empower and educate current and future leaders to expand self-knowledge, improve team dynamics, and enhance community well-being.

Our approach is unique in that we utilize a multicultural perspective to guide clients to re-align with their true identity and purpose, so they grow in cultural and emotional intelligence.

This shared moment in time is a particularly important time for this work, as we’re collectively building resilient post-pandemic communities, and the cultural competency and mental health of leaders and teams will make or break the success of our organizations.

As part of accomplishing our mission, IES seeks to invest in community in other ways outside the services we offer. Below are community partners we serve and collaborate with.
